Pool rolling sessions

We run pool sessions at the Ships and Castles leisure centre during the winter.  Please turn up 15 min early to make the most of the hour.  We can work on any aspect of your rolling from your first time to advanced techniques, hand rolls, greenlandic  rolls and many more.  It is £12 for the hour and this includes equipment.  If the sessions become too busy we will start a booking process but for now just turn up and get on the water.
