The third leg of Sea Kayak Scandinavia is drawing close. This year I
shall be joined by Jim Frampton and Petr Major. Together we shall be
attempting to paddle from
Havnomaden
in the Vega Archipelago North, through the Lofoten Islands, around
Nordkap and on to the Russian border town of Kirkenes. Jim has been
paddling with me for the last few years, he shall be accepting the
role of expedition medic, an experienced outdoorsman Jim has a
history in the mountains, having climbed extensively throughout
Britain and the Alps. Petr is an experienced photographer and
cameraman and shall be filming the remainder of the expedition. Last
year Petr completed a 2000 kilometer solo journey along the south
and west coasts of Britain
