Jim Frampton

 Jim, a dentist by profession, is an experienced paddler. Jeff and Jim have been training together for the past three years,  Jim is an accomplished mountaineer and a regular surfer of the Cornish Coast;  he has climbed extensively on expeditions throughout the British Isles and the Alps. Sea kayak Scandinavia will be Jim's first major sea kayaking expedition and he is the teams medic.

Petr Major

Petr hails from the 'Land with no sea' The Czech Republic. However  his innate passion for the  sea led him to Cornwall where he now works as a guide and instructor for SKC. Last year Petr completed a 2000 kilometer journey along Britain's south and west coasts. Petr is an accomplished photographer and shall be filming this years section of the journey.

Jeff Allen

Jeff founded Sea Kayaking Cornwall in 2003, he now guides and teaches kayaker's internationally.

Jeff is the expedition leader: In 2003, Jeff circumnavigated the four main Islands of Japan, an expedition which took six months to complete and covered a distance of around 7000 kilometers.

In 2005 he was a member of the first British team to successfully circumnavigate the remote island of South Georgia.

In 2008 Jeff began 'Sea Kayak Scandinavia' in Goteborg, Sweden. So far the expedition has reached Husvaer, in the Vega Archipelago on Norway,s northwest coast.
