Payment terms and conditions

Sea Kayaking Cornwall (SKC) accepts three different payment methods:- 

• Pay Pal (online payment using debit or credit cards)
• Cash (to be given personally to SKC)
• Cheques (payable to SKC and sent to the below address)

Deposits 

• A deposit is required for all bookings. 
• This is 20% of the final booking cost. 
• This is none refundable.
• A credit can be given off future courses if the course is cancelled up to four weeks before the course is to commence.

 Payments in full

• Full payment is required eight weeks before the course is to commence.
• If you are booking on a course that commences in less than eight weeks you do not need to send a deposit but send the full payment for the course.
• This is none refundable but a credit off future courses will be given if cancelled up to four weeks before the course commences.

Cancellations 

• If a course needs to be cancelled due to any external factors out of the control of SKC we will give you a credit to the full value of the course. 
• We aim to cancel a course four days in advance if the weather is not suitable.  However we run our courses in an area with a variety of shelter allowing us to cancel very few courses due to weather.
