2 or 5 day?

2 Day introduction

On the 2 day introduction to sea kayaking course you will have an intensive first day working on skills and strokes similar to the 1 day introduction.  On the second day you will then get the opportunity to put the skills learnt on day one into practice on a day journey along the Cornish coast. We have an efficient drying room at our base so you can have dry kit for day 2.

5 Day introduction

Our 5 day introduction to sea kayaking is an intensive course.  We will have the opportunity to really get to know you and help you towards your needs and desires. We will also be able to paddle in different locations to suit the weather allowing you to explore more of the amazing coastline on our doorstep.  We would aim to get you rolling your kayak by the end of the week.  There is also time to learn different ways to rescue and each day look at the weather tides and planning to choose the best location.
