The three day course will combine intensive coaching and skills session incorporating Greenland rolling, rock hopping, trips, surfing skills and efficient paddling techniques.

Both Saturday 29th May and Sunday 30th May will consist of two sessions per day:

Session 1-A small group rolling session – working on anything from your first roll, through to developing forward finishing rolls, trick rolls, hand rolls and skulling rolls with the ‘How We Roll Team’.

Session 2- skills session- working on rescues, forward paddling techniques and rock hopping with the ‘Sea Kayaking Cornwall Team’.

Max number 5 per session – allocation and any changes may be accommodated at registration if we have spaces on a course, however we do recommend making these decisions at the sign up stage to prevent disappointment .

A morning session and and afternoon session – numbers for the event are kept small maximum of 20 participants to be be able to separate and socially distance group gatherings.

Monday participants will be separated in 4 x small groups to practice rolling in real situations, either on calm water while on a long paddle working on skills, and enjoying the stunning scenery with the potential to spot wonderful wildlife OR head to a surf venue to work on rolling in dynamic water, and catch some waves!
