We hope to show you just what sea kayaking in Cornwall means to us.
This is an exploration touring week/weekend consisting of individual day trips while staying in a warm “base camp” environment.
The base camp can range from our neighbourly lodge and campsite based at Tregedna Farm or a local hotel, B&B establishment.
We will meet each morning at our cabin at Tregedna where we will consider what the weather allows us to do and decide the best venue available to us for that day to get out and explore the Cornish coast.
You should be an Intermediate paddler at or around the BCU 3* level. We will cover distances of upto 15-20 miles (6 hours) a day depending on conditions. You do not need to have camped from a seakayak before.
Location and times
We meet between 09:00 – 09:30 at Sea Kayaking Cornwall Expedition Centre to brief, plan and pack for the day. We aim to finish around 4:30pm however location chosen for the day may alter these times.
